There are some right now who feel like they have lost or are losing control of their sitiations. Circumstances around them are heating up. While they are still holding on to faith, they are frantically looking for where God is in all of this. Reviewing the pieces over and over to see how they might fit into a plan of His. There is a sense of time even being painful for these people. Like they want to make it stop. These are brilliantly-minded believers and they are trying to see God and His plans through the chaos. This isn't a problem solvable with the mind. The healing will come through the heart. Words, clips, and phrases insert themselves that aren't from God. Things of condemnation - you're not good enough- or feelings or remorse -if you could only do it over. There is almost a sneering from the enemy as they wait for their breakthrough. It reminds me of the answering Jesus received in Matthew 27:43, "He trusts in God, let God rescue Him!". As they are doubling efforts trying to fit the pieces, I see God bend down, take their hands, look into their eyes, and say, "Drop the pieces. Let your mind rest. Let your guard down to Me. While you don't know My plans, I promise they are better than you imagined they would be. While I will wait forever while you waste time and effort trying to fit the pieces together on your own, I wish you would just come away with Me. Keep your eyes on Me. Give me the pieces, and I will give you the peaces. I will tell you great things that you don't know- that you couldn't even piece together on your own (Jer 33:3)!" If this word sounds like it is for you, hear from the Comforter; "“A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you...If you say, “The LORD is my refuge,” and you make the Most High your dwelling, no harm will overtake you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. You will tread on the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent. “Because he loves me,” says the LORD, “I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.” Psalm 91:7, 9-15 NIV
